IN-DEPTH CLAIMS EDITING & PROCESSING
MedSolve goes well beyond providing practice management software – we offer execution expertise to make sure you get the highest levels of reimbursement possible. Once your practice inputs charge entry information, either manually or via an automated interface from the EMR, our software performs multiple edits on the claim to check for correct coding combinations, general compliance and over 650 payer-specific requirements.
ONLINE TRACKING & CALL CENTER COLLECTIONS
Once the claim is edited, scrubbed and sent electronically, we maintain on-line tracking that is updated by participating payers daily with up-to-the-minute status reports on claims. Our collection specialists then begin the process of persistent follow-up with the payers on delayed claims to insure prompt and complete payment.
AUTOMATED PROCESS, INCLUDING ELECTRONIC REMITS
Our electronic Medicare module allows for the submission of claims as well as electronic adjudication, e-transfer of funds, EOB posting, and secondary billing in a completely automated transaction. We are expanding this successful program to include most of the payers in our territory, including the BCBS programs.
